Shipping
We ship all domestic orders by FedEx Home Delivery (for residences) or FedEx Ground (for commercial address). Your order will be assigned a tracking number and you can check the status of your package by logging in to your account, clicking on the "Order History" button in the customer area and clicking on the order you are interested in.
For international orders under 4 lbs, USPS Airmail Letter Post will be an option and for orders over 4 lbs, FedEx International Economy will be used.
Turn Around & Shipping Times
We will try our best to send orders out 3-5 business days after receiving them. This time frame excludes special promotions or sales. The holiday season is especially busy and may result in longer turn around times. All emails regarding placed orders will be returned within the next business day.
For orders that qualify for Free Shipping, or orders that use a free shipping coupon, we reserve the right to ship with the carrier and service of our choice.
Customs for International Orders
All international orders must be properly labeled and all items inside and their values correctly identified by us. Some countries will charge you duty based on the amount of your order. This charge is solely the responsibility of the customer. The duty charge is kept by your government's taxation bureau. Thanks for your understanding.
Colorado Orders
All orders placed from within the state of Colorado will have Colorado Sales Tax (4.6%) added to each order.
