Well I nearly cried when I saw the subject line in that email "Goodbye from Nicole & Curtis". I knew it was only a matter of time before this would happen, but it still hurt. We will miss you guys.

Nevertheless, congratulations! Thanks for providing such great products and service over the last few years and for making us customers feel so LOVED. I am so happy for Pam - she rocks! She has been so kind and helpful in all my dealings with her. I know we are in safe hands.

Ack - We are going to miss you guys so much. I haven't been around the forum much in the last few years, but I still buy and it's just sad knowing that you won't be around. I don't do well with these kinds of changes. I'm glad to know that Pam will be taking over since she is is part of the B&I family and I wish the best for you and yours.

I will definitely visit the forums from time to time. Lately it's been pretty crazy with the new baby, getting things transitioned over to Pam (we still have a good bit of stuff to do), and ramping up Bath Nation stuff, which, as you can imagine we need to do because we just sold the company that paid the bills! Haha!

I think most of you know, but I am technically a consultant for B&I for the next year. I will be helping Pam out with any and all sorts of things that she needs to run the company. She already knows how to do most of this, but the devil is in the details and I'm her devil fighter. Even after the year is up, Nicole and I will always be available to her for any advice she might need.

I'm sure you have already noticed, but Pam has been doing a lot of fun little things that we used to have time for but have let slide over the years. This is what is most exciting, in my opinion. B&I is just built for fun interaction between customer and company and I'm really glad to see Pam bringing that back to B&I.

If Pam doesn't mind, I might get on here and post news bits about our family and Bath Nation. I won't be shilling or anything like that but I might mention something like, oh, I don't know, we hired a PR firm and just sent a package of stuff to dailycandy.com

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Spring! It seems to want to keep snowing here in Colorado. What's up with that?!?

Aw Curtis!! Even though I've known about this a long while now and I've digested it, and even though I'm super late to reading this... reading it made me feel so emotional. Just b/c it's been so fun being a part of this and being there for part of the ride with you guys!

I know I got on board a bit late in the game and missed the fun when Nicole was active on the forum, but it's been so wonderful getting to know you guys better and being a fangirl for such a wonderful company!

What made B&I so great for me, aside from the amazing products and scents were you guys...the people behind it all.

I agree that you couldn't have found a better replacement and although we'll miss you, you'll never be forgotten. Thanks for rocking so much!
